Description

The Skis:

If you find yourself torn between a powder ski and an all-conditions ski, there's no need to compromise - the Blizzard Rustler 10 Skis offer the best of both worlds, and you won't regret your choice. Sporting an all-new design with FluxForm Titanal encircling the ski's perimeter and a meticulously tuned TrueBlend Freeride core, the latest Rustler 10 strikes a slightly different balance than its predecessor, leaning less toward "carviness" and more toward confidence at higher speeds. With a 102mm waist but ample surface area at the tip and tail, the R10 stands as the most versatile (and highly favored) ski in the exceptional Rustler series.

Features:

  • Rocker Type Rocker Camber Rocker – This ski profile incorporates a rocker at the tip and tail, combined with camber in the middle. By reducing edge pressure at the ski's tips and tails, it enhances manageability and flotation on powder snow, while the camber ensures a solid grip on packed snow.
  • Core TrueBlend Freeride Core – By harmoniously blending Beech, Poplar, and Paulownia woods in a uniquely balanced mix tailored to the performance requirements of each Rustler or Sheeva ski, the TrueBlend Free cores, though labor-intensive, enable an unprecedented level of flex tuning.
  • Laminates FluxForm – Two Titanal components run along the ski's length on either side, tapering towards the ski's extremities. Paired with a separate Titanal plate underfoot, this construction fosters precise edge grip and dampening beneath the foot while allowing the ski's tips and tails to flex freely. FluxForm varies according to the model, with the Rustler 9 incorporating more metal than the 10 or 11.
  • Sidewalls Sandwich Compound Sidewall – With the exception of specific junior models, all Blizzard skis are constructed with ABS or Phenol sidewalls, ensuring top-tier performance in terms of stability, power transmission, handling, and durability.
  • Base Sintered Graphite Base

The Bindings:

Strive 14
The Atomic Strive 14 GW Ski Bindings take the best elements of the Shift  binding and transform them into a lightweight resort binding for  exceptional downhill performance. Its familiar yet effective toe piece  with a Low-Profile Design (LDN) maximizes contact and response,  enhancing power transmission and providing a smooth on-snow experience.  This superlight design is reinforced with metal in key areas for  durability, and with 45mm of elastic travel, it can handle rough terrain  effortlessly. The Atomic Strive 14 GW Ski Bindings are your ticket to  elevating your skiing experience on the slopes this season.
