Shipping
Please allow 3-5 business days handling for free shipping. If you need your package expedited we do offer that service Monday through Friday. We do not offer 2 day or overnight service if a package is ordered after 12pm Monday-Friday. We do express shipping until 5pm on Friday if requested with a phone call, there is no express shipping over a weekend.
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on purchases over $200. This excludes some items which include but not limited to : Skis, Snowboards, Ski Boots, Ski Packages, and any items weighting more than ten pounds. If there is any question about an item qualifying for free shipping please call us.
Returns and Exchanges
All items must be returned within 30 days from purchase date. All items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached. Shoe boxes in original condition as you received them. 20% restocking fee for boxes not returned in the proper condition. Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item not including shipping. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Exchange shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be billed to the original purchase method.
We do not do returns on used equipment, this includes any new equipment purchased and modified per request including Bike upgrades, Skis with binding mounted, Ski boots with adjustments made to the shell, or any other modification outside original packaging. State Law prohibits any return of Swimsuits or Lingerie. If you have run in shoes, even in your house they not are able to be returned. All Bike sales are final we do not accept any returns of new or used bicycles. All Skis, Snowboards, Bikes and Racks will incur a 15% restocking fee upon return.
When placing a return please include a note with your name, return address, daytime phone number, what you are sending in and why, and what you would like to have happen. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance
Typical turnaround time, with shipping, is about three weeks. However, you can cut that down to about a week by using expedited shipping (two-day service or similar); we will ship the package back to you in the same manner.
Refund Policy
If the original purchase was made with a credit card, we will credit the credit card for the returned item(s) less shipping upon receipt. The credit card will be charged for the replacement item(s) when shipped. If we cannot exchange or repair the item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue a Gift Card for the last known retail value.
