Description

The Skis:

The Völkl M6 Mantra Skis have long been the benchmark for high-performance all-mountain skis, and their evolution only continues to enhance their versatility while maintaining their exceptional edge-holding and precise turning capabilities. This season's M6 model carries forward the tradition with its innovative Tailored Titanal Frame and Tailored Carbon Tip construction, leaving it to you to explore its full potential.

Features:

  • Rocker Type: These skis feature a Tip & Tail Rocker design, with upward bends in the shovel and tail zones and a camber shape in the middle, providing an ideal blend of versatility and control.
  • Sidecut: The 3D Radius Sidecut incorporates three radii within the ski's shape. This design offers stability and smoothness with long radii at the tip and tail, while a shorter radius in the mid-body enables seamless transitions between long arcs and short turns at any speed.
  • Core: The Multilayer Woodcore combines beech and poplar, resulting in an exceptionally durable core. It features hard wood in the binding area for strength, surrounded by lighter wood for enhanced agility.
  • Laminates: The Tailored Titanal Frame is tailored to the skier's height, skill level, and power. Longer ski models have higher titanal content for increased stiffness, direct power transmission, and superior dampening. Shorter lengths feature lower titanal content, providing greater agility, making it suitable for smaller, lighter, and less powerful skiers. The innovative Tailored Carbon Tips are produced by positioning individual carbon fibers precisely along stress lines, enhancing front-end performance and handling.
  • Sidewalls: Full Sidewall construction ensures direct and powerful power transmission throughout the length of the ski, enhancing control.
  • Base: The ski is equipped with a P-Tex 2100 base, a sintered high-density and high molecular weight polyethylene base known for its excellent glide characteristics and durability.

The Bindings:

The  lighter version of the Jester, providing the same features for  younger  and lighter riders, is one of the most versatile freeride  bindings on  the market today, made for advanced to expert skiers. The  Griffon 13 is  equipped with the Triple Pivot Elite toe and Inter Pivot 3  freeride  heel. Both are light and stiff and deliver improved edge grip  and  control. In addition, the Anti Ice Rail ensures effortless  scraping off  snow and ice from the boot sole. Its Multinorm technology  allows to  adjust the binding to accommodate either touring, GripWalk or  alpine  boot sole norms. On top the Griffon 13 features enhanced screws  and a  centralized swing weight, ideal for spins & twists.
