MANTRA

mantra-2020-demo.jpg

The iconic Mantra was the first ski if its kind to master everything from powder to ice with ease. Then the key innovation on the 5th generation was a new way of arranging the metal layers called Titanal Frame: the metal sections follow the ski shape in the tip and tail, with an added carbon inlay in the tip. This intricate construction is lighter in weight, with the same damping properties as a full sheet of metal. The shape is 134-96-117mm, with a tightened radius of 19.8m in size 177. Tip and Tail Rocker design with camber underfoot, and Full Sidewall construction round out the setup. With more awards than any other ski this past season, it remains the performance standard for all mountain freeride skis.

Decon 80

decon-80-2020-demo.jpg

With the most technology available in its class, the new Deacon 80 is an all mountain highlight for the 19/20 season. Driven by several new technologies, this model will give advanced to expert skiers more command of the mountain than ever before. A Glass Frame construction places material only where it's needed to improve performance - around the perimeter of the ski. Combined with a full length vertical sidewall and our new 3D Radius sidecut technology, the Deacon 80 can pivot from long turns to short turns instantaneously. In addition, our new iPT Lowride binding system brings the skier closer to the deck of the ski - and the all important snow surface - creating better edge sensitivity, and with a weight savings of 400 grams, quicker edge changes.

 KENDO

kendo-2020-demo.jpg

The new Kendo with 88 mm middle width shines with an impressive carving-performance due to the three different radius in the sidecut. This special geometry is 100% adjusted to the tip & tail rocker construction. Depending on the rider's speed or edge angle the effective edge becomes longer or shorter and the matching sidecut radius provides hold, maneouverability and smooth running. On top the Kendo 88 is built with a Titanal Frame and Carbon Tips, providing more stability and dampening. At the same time the middle section of the ski becomes stronger and allows a softer setup. As a result the ski becomes extremely lively and as well as stable even at the highest speeds. A Multilayer woodcore, framed by full sidewalls and a P-Tex 2100 base underneath rounds up the premium construction.
