2022 K2 Mindernder 108TI

The K2 Mindbender 108 Ti is back for another season with no changes or updates other than a cosmetic update t the graphic. At 108 underfoot, this ski leans toward being more of a soft snow ski, but it certainly holds its own on a lot of different terrain and suits a skier with a mixed bag of terrain preferences. At its core you'll find a blend of Fir and Aspen which creates a balanced flex profile. Laying over the core is a Titanal Y-beam which provides the stabilizing benefits of vibration damping and torsional stiffness, but in a much more tailored fashion. Metal over the edge of the ski in the tip create a more torsionally stiff flex for improved edge hold and power, allowing the skier to really drive turns using the forebody of the ski. The metal tapers to a single sheet underfoot adding stiffness and stability to the cambered portion of the ski before tapering to a single strip that runs through the tail, allows the tail to maintain stability while being able to release much easier. A fairly long rocker in the tips and tails allows for a lot of float and maneuverability overall, but it also adds a playfulness to the ski that might not be expected out of a ski with metal in it. If you're looking for a ski that will crush a fresh storm as well as the left overs and days to follow, the K2 Mindbender 108 Ti is a great option.
