Please note: Most orders are shipped the next business day (M-F) after they are received. No orders will be shipped Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. All backordered items will be shipped within 3-10 business days. You will be notified 24-48 hours after your order has been placed if any item is on backorder. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Saturday delivery may be available to your ZIP code for an additional $12.50 charge. You must call our Customer Service center between 8am-5pm EST at 1-800-226-6257 to schedule Saturday delivery. If your order absolutely, positively needs to arrive on a certain day, please call Customer Service.
*UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. Please include your street address for shipment purchases so that your order is not delayed. Custom charges may apply to purchaces made by Canadian Residents from the carrier.
*UPS 2nd Day Air delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may take 3 days. UPS 2nd Day Air delivery requires a signature; if you will not be home to sign for your package please call Customer Service at 1-800-226-2257 to waive the signature requirement. UPS does not include weekends for their delivery times. If you place an order for 2nd Day Air on Thursday, the package will be there Monday.
**UPS Next Day delivery is available only in the continental U.S. UPS will NOT leave a Next Day delivery without a signature. Canadian & other International orders may be subject to duties and/or taxes.

Include a note with your name, return address, daytime phone number, what you are sending in and why, and what you would like to have happen. The garment will be evaluated and if there is to be a charge, you will be contacted. If the item is deemed irreparable, we may, at our discretion, replace it or send a Gift Card for the last known retail value of the piece. If you would like the piece returned to you even if it cannot be repaired, please indicate this in your note.
Be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Typical turnaround time, with shipping, is about six weeks. However, you can cut that down to about three weeks by using expedited shipping (two-day service or similar); we will ship the package back to you in the same manner.
Returns & Exchanges
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FOR ORDERS PLACED ONLINE
All items must be returned within 30 days from purchase date. All items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached. Shoe boxes in original condition as you received them. 20% restocking fee for boxes not returned in the proper condition. Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item not including shipping. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Exchange shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be billed to the original purchase method. State Law prohibits any return of Swimsuits or Lingerie. If you have run in shoes, even in your house they not are able to be returned.

Tax for Online Orders
A.J.'S Ski & Sports collects 6% sales tax for all orders placed from the state of Vermont. All other states are not charged sales tax.
AJ's Sporting Goods has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout,to fulfill orders for our International customers.
